Thank you for taking time to learn more about New Fairview Church.

Our Ministry team functions differently than many other churches. The leadership roles and functions of pastors and church staff are shared among our Bi-vocational ministry team. Our ministry team members are men of the church fellowship, called into leadership from the Church body.  After being called they are required to complete additional training on their path to ordination. Our Ministers volunteer their time in service to Jesus and the church. We see benefit to a shared ministry through the different interests and abilities of each minister. 

Beyond this, New Fairview is also not typical in our leadership structure. All functions of the church are shared and supported between the ministry team, the deacon/elder board and each active church community member.  Additional active volunteer groups include, Mission Committee, Benevolence Committee, Trustees, and Youth and Children’s Ministries to name just a few. 

Currently at New Fairview there are five active Ministers that share the pastoral responsibilities, including the weekly preaching assignments.  If you stop in on a Sunday morning you could see any one of them sharing the morning message.

Our current Ministry Team consists of Doug Striebig as Lead Minister and Roland Hoet as the Assistant Lead Minister. The remaining ordained ministers are Paul Bentzel, Tom Lauer and Ryan Billet.
